2D Expert mapping and experimental interval capture

Adds a Mini 4 Pro 2D Expert mission with scan-line endpoints instead of photo waypoints.
Defaults to 118 m, 8 m/s, 12 MP planning and a two-second manually started interval.
Validates supported intervals and forward overlap against ground speed, with live nominal GSD and speed limits.
Provides opt-in experimental WPML timed-photo export; DJI Fly/RC2 support remains unverified.
Keeps resolution selection manual in DJI Fly and includes the requested capture profile in the KMZ.
Preserves normal mapping photo actions and tests multipart interval scope and profile validation.
