Windows RC2 Transfer utility

Adds SkyMission RC2 Transfer 0.1.0, a portable Windows utility for copying SkyMission waypoint missions to an existing RC2 mission slot.
Detects a connected RC2 automatically through Windows storage/MTP when the expected Android/data/dji.go.v5/files/waypoint path is available, with a manual device/folder fallback.
Lists the existing UUID mission slots on the RC2, shows whether a preview is present, and lets the user explicitly choose which registered slot to replace.
Creates a local backup under Documents/SkyMission/RC2 Backups before replacing the selected KMZ, ShotSnap.json, and map preview.
Changes the Mission Planner RC2 export to a UUID-neutral transfer ZIP containing mission.kmz, preview.jpg, ShotSnap.json, and skymission.json; the Windows utility applies the selected real RC2 UUID during transfer.
Adds RC2 Transfer as a Beta module with a Windows download page and the approved SkyMission transfer workflow graphic.
Builds and verifies the Windows executable on a Windows GitHub Actions runner before the Development SkyMission release is packaged and published.
After a successful transfer, the Windows utility explicitly instructs the user to restart the RC2 before opening the mission.
