End-to-end Planner diagnostics

Gives every Planner save a safe diagnosis ID that is returned to the browser and recorded in the audit log
Shows HTTP status, transport path, client/server survey-corner counts, and the exact processing stage
Distinguishes client payload, network transport, response parsing, session, transport, validation, persistence, and server failures
Keeps coordinates, credentials, tokens, request bodies, and internal stack traces out of visible diagnostics and audit context
Shows the same diagnostic line after successful saves so the complete path can be verified
Preserves the browser draft until the database confirms the complete mission and route
Preserves the equal-size responsive System update panels and leaves updater behavior unchanged
