Consistent installation-key handling on Development and customer domains

  • Fixed the installer showing a false “no key required” message on develop.skymission.info and other SkyMission subdomains.
  • Centralized the production-host decision so the form and server validation can no longer disagree.
  • Development and customer installations now visibly require their update-service key during setup.
  • Kept only skymission.info and www.skymission.info exempt during initial installation.
