Applies the blue SkyMission identity to the portal, administration, Planner, and Risk App
Recolors the full logo, SVG favicons, ICO fallback, and Apple touch icon in blue
Reduces primary heading sizes by approximately one third throughout the interface
Returns Risk App logout to a dedicated App login and then directly into the App
Uses the compact flag language icon on desktop and mobile
Adds separate Android and iPhone/iPad installation actions
Starts the native Android install prompt after a user tap when the browser makes it available
Keeps the required Safari Add to Home Screen instructions for iPhone and iPad
